BATIM has around 900 employees, of which more than 800 are drivers. It should be emphasised that all Batim employees are highly qualified professionals. The vast majority of the company's employees are drivers. Their work is their vocation; they love it and are passionate about it. They have many years of experience and know their trade inside out.

Administrative and clerical staff and forwarding agents are highly educated and qualified people marked by their extensive knowledge of the trade and professional competence. Many employees have master’s or bachelor's degrees in fields consistent with their current positions. Our personnel consist predominantly of young, creative and competent employees with knowledge of foreign languages. The largest age group is 20-40 years old.

The management staff consists of owners and people with extensive professional experience and higher education, with several years of experience in managing large companies and human resources in managerial positions.

The greatest value of the company is its employees, their skills, their commitment and the way they carry out their daily work. We could not possibly have become the professional company we are now without our people, who are BATIM’s greatest asset.

Every member of the staff, whether the driver, technician, forwarding agent, manager or owner, carefully follows procedures, regulations and rules to guarantee the highest quality of our service.

555th vehicle in Batim's fleet

The 555th Actros was delivered to the BATIM fleet during a ceremony at the Mercedes-Benz Trucks plant in Wörth. The Mercedes delivered to the Batim fleet corresponds to the requirements for premium products. All technical innovations are available on board the new vehicles. - this ensures driver comfort and the ability to drive safely in the UK as well.

Since purchasing the first major batch of Mercedes in 2018, we have so far bought around 400 tractors of the brand," says Barbara Edelmüller-Generaux. - This has been determined primarily by the cost-effectiveness of these vehicles. We have found that Mercedes are simply economical, even in the hands of a less skilled driver, which is particularly important today.
